Aileron Investment Management is a diversified, opportunistic alternative investment firm headquartered in Tampa, Florida. The firm specializes in government-aided economic development programs and public policy investment strategies, including Small Business Administration and US Department of Agriculture lending, EB-5 foreign investment, and New Markets Tax Credits. We focus primarily on two investment verticals: (i) specialty lending and (ii) real estate development. Since the company’s inception in 2009, Aileron has grown to become one of the largest and most respected non-bank lenders in the nation, providing in excess of $500 million to entrepreneurs and small business owners, and creating thousands of jobs across the U.S.
